helpful staffroom doorreception behavior
the staff was helpful.
the room doors did not fully close. there was space between the door and frame, mosquitoes entered the room. the person at reception laughed at us when i complained. the manager offered no refund.

great stay in koh rong
clean beachfree kayaksmany mosquitoes
the location is the best on koh rong. i really liked that it's near the jetty and some restaurants. kayaks and paddle boards were free, , made me smile. the rooms were nice and clean, also the aircon worked great.
mosquitoes were really many. i think you should bring insect repellent to avoid them.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner options were plenty. there were many drink choices available all day. the beach bbq one night was really tasty. It has delicious grilled seafood and meats.

The premises were well kept. there were three big swimming pools and many sunloungers to choose from. organising tours through the hotel was easy. Staff helped me and gave me options for the tours i wanted.

The staff were great offering all information and acting respectfully. The resort provided private taxis ferry tickets boat trips massages and scooter rentals. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach to use. The BBQ had great food.
The gym equipment looked old.
